沈益忠,博士,副研究员/博士生导师;入选斯坦福大学2023年度“全球TOP 2%顶尖科学家榜单”,中国食品科学技术学会食品真实性与溯源分会委员,中国毒理学会分析毒理专业委员会青年委员,《分析测试学报》青年编委。近年来,主要从事食品质量安全检测与毒理评估、环境分析化学与污染控制、纳米生物分析等方面基础和应用研究。先后以第一/通讯作者在Chem. Soc. Rev.,Adv.
